Second-Generation,
Family-Owned Since 1999
Brown Aerobic Septic Specialists was founded in 1999 by Jerrial Brown, who worked as a wastewater operator at a power plant in La Grange before starting the company — building his client base through consistent service and a straightforward approach. His son Rashaud Brown joined in 2007 and expanded operations into Cypress and the Greater Houston region as co-owner.

Dispatch Supervisor
Melanie keeps our days running smoothly. She oversees new system installations along with our maintenance and repair department, making sure every job is scheduled and supported the way it should be. She joined the company in 2022.
Erica Brown
Office Manager
Erica helps keep the business side of Brown Aerobic running, overseeing accounts receivable and accounts payable with care and attention. She works closely with the entire team and is married to co-owner Rashaud Brown.
Rachel Hernandez
Administrative Assistant
Rachel is the steady hand behind our septic pumping department and maintenance contract program. She has been with us for two years and brings a calm, friendly presence to the office each day.
