The Owners Behind the Company

Meet Jerrial and Rashaud Brown

Brown Aerobic Septic Specialists is co-owned and operated by Jerrial Brown and his son, Rashaud Brown. Together they bring two generations of experience, steady leadership, and a shared commitment to serving Texas homeowners with honesty and dependable work.

Jerrial started the company in 1999 after years of working as the wastewater operator at a local power plant in La Grange. He built a strong base in the La Grange area, earning trust through consistent service and a straightforward approach to every job.

In 2007, Rashaud entered the industry and expanded the family’s presence into the Cypress and Greater Houston areas. He grew his service region from the ground up, carrying forward the same values his father built the business on: quality work, respect for homeowners, and solutions that last.

Together, they continue to guide Brown Aerobic Septic Specialists with a focus on reliability, practical experience, and treating every customer like a long-term relationship.

The People Supporting Your Service

Melanie Fowler | Dispatch Supervisor

Melanie keeps our days running smoothly. She oversees new system installations along with our maintenance and repair department, making sure every job is scheduled and supported the way it should be. She joined the company in 2022 and will celebrate four years with us in June 2026.

Outside the office, Melanie enjoys spending time with her husband and their cat, Latte. She also volunteers at a local shelter and loves to sew in her free time.

Erica Brown | Office Manager

Erica helps keep the business side of Brown Aerobic running, overseeing accounts receivable and accounts payable with care and attention. As Office Manager, she works closely with the entire team and supports the systems that keep our service moving. She is also married to co-owner Rashaud Brown.

In her free time, Erica loves being with family, fishing and hunting with her husband, and relaxing with a good puzzle.

Rachel Hernandez | Administrative Assistant

Rachel is the steady hand behind our septic pumping department and maintenance contract program. She has been with us for two years and brings a calm, friendly presence to the office each day.

When she’s not working, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family, scrapbooking, and trying new foods. She’s always ready with a great restaurant recommendation.
